Paul Glöckner

Paul Glöckner started as a Junior Research Fellow at the BIGS in March 2021. He is primarily involved in the project “Erstellung von Sicherheitsanalysen in Sächsischen Kommunen" and BASIC. He is interested in macroeconomic analysis as well as data and security economics and he will apply his expertise to the study of security-related issues in Saxon municipalities, including a citizen survey and statistical data.

He completed his two-subject Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics and Administration at the University of Potsdam. He then studied Economics of the Middle East at the University of Marburg and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

He gained practical experience at the Stiftung für Engagement und Bildung e.V. in Potsdam and at EMA e.V. in Berlin.
