The Economic Council (Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V.) has published a strategy paper titled “Wir bauen die Cybernation – Eine Strategie für eine sichere, souveräne und prosperierende Zukunft”. Building on a 2025 position paper, the document outlines recommendations for establishing a resilient cybersecurity architecture.
