In this article for the American-German Institute (AGI), Tim Stuchtey comments on Operation Plan Germany. He argues that the new German government should not focus solely on buying equipment for the Bundeswehr, but must also prepare the population for a potential conflict. Deterrence and overall defense include not only tanks and drones, but also a resilient infrastructure and resilient citizens.
